This project is good because it gets the whole class talking about the book in a way they care about. This book was not that good but with the games we played and now this project it has made it rather enjoyable. All around for a guy’s lit class this is a good project.
This project makes the whole class excited about the book. Instead of writing some boring essay, or some pointless poster board. We can express ourselves through something we do for fun! I know that for me writing an essay is a pain and dread it every time I read a book. But this project has helped me stay interested in the book.
One critic I have is I wonder if this is relevant to an English class I might take in the future. I fear that after this year I will fail in English because I took this class. I fell like we are learning stuff, but maybe not as much as the normal English classes because everyone always says how easy this class is.
Another good thing about this project is it is something I am good at. I am not really a good writer however I am good at video games so it lets me excel, so hopefully this will help my grade and my confidence with English classes. Also for me I am guy who often sleeps through his English classes and with activates like this it helps me be motivated to stay awake and participate.
All in all this project is good for me and for the entire class it keeps people interested and lets them excel at something they are good at. In the future I would continue to do this project.
